I listen to the ancients. (Not just because I’m Greek, but that sure helps!) They listened to nature, to the seasons, to their bodies.

It’s no surprise that ancient Greek philosophy chimes in 2020. It offers enormous clarity that came from the heart and the spirit.

By clearing the clutter in our minds, by shutting out the noise, we can get closer to the clarity and vision of the ancients. And right now, that’s a wonderful thing.
